Soccer Academy

The Charles La Trobe Soccer Academy, based at our brand new sports park facility at 235 Kingsbury Drive, is designed to support Year 7 and 8 students start secondary school in a really positive and supported way.

Both Boys and Girls in the program take advantage of a reduced class-based program throughout the week, and instead get to progress part of their learning through the academy up to 20% of their week.

Because the program is designed to first and foremost give priority to strong school engagement, strong adult – student relationships and increase attendance, positive behaviour and academic effort – students of all soccer abilities are invited to try-out. We are not building an elite academy, but one that focuses on individual student need through sport.

The academy is open to current students and new enrolments.

Enrolment in the Soccer Academy comes at no cost to parents or families, we will be supplying training tops, game uniforms and other items, however parents may wish to purchase appropriate turf shoes once part of the program.
