Open Morning for Prep – Year 2 Classes “Exploring the World of Words”
Eligible Participants: Internal and external families, and teachers including those from other schools and kindergartens
Date and Time: Monday 29 July & Tuesday 6 August, 9 – 10 am (choose the date that suits you the best.)
Location: Charles La Trobe Primary School (Waiora Road)
Details: Join us for an Open Day to observe how Charles La Trobe Primary School implements systematic synthetic phonics in our Prep – 2 classrooms. This event showcases our evidence-based teaching practices, developed in partnership with La Trobe University’s SOLAR Lab, and highlights how we build foundational literacy skills. Attendees will see firsthand how our experienced Early Years Team supports student learning through this innovative approach.
