Terms and Conditions *

I agree to the terms and conditions for the Instrumental Music Program.

Assessment: Student's work will be subject to report and assessment like their classroom subjects.
Timetable: One lesson per week is given during school hours with students being withdrawn from their classroom subject at a time which rotates weekly throughout the term to ensure that the student is not taken out of the same classroom subject each week.
Commitment: Each student must practice regularly and consistently. Full parental support is required so that students have an encouraging home environment to support what they are learning at school.
Ensenmble Participation: Students are expected to participate in regular ensemble rehearsals and performances throughout the year.
Concert Participation: All Instrumental students are expected to participate in two school based Instrumental Music Concerts.
Payment: Payment of charges and hire fees (if applicable) must be made prior to the lesson or by a due date, or lessons will cease.

Terms and Conditions: Instrument Hire Program *

I agree to the terms and conditions of the Instrument Hire Program, including any future hires.

Responsibility: The student assumes full responsibility for the care and proper use of the instrument during the hiring period. Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or unauthorized alterations will be the responsibility of the student.
Condition of Instrument: The instrument is provided in good working condition at the beginning of the hire period. It is the student's responsibility to promptly report any pre-existing damage or issues to the school.
Care and Maintenance: The student is responsible for maintaining the instrument in the condition in which it was received. Regular cleaning and appropriate storage are essential to prevent damage.
Return: The instrument must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Loss or Theft: The student is responsible for the instrument's safety and security.
Payment: The agreed-upon hire fee must be paid by the specified due date. Failure to make payment may result in the termination of the hire agreement.
Termination: The school reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement if the instrument is misused, neglected, or if the student fails to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined.
Liability: The school shall not be liable for any injury, harm, or damage resulting from the use of the instrument during the hire period.
